- 1 tsp of ground cinnamon ede
- 1 tsp of nutmeg
- 1 tsp of allspice
- 1 tbsp of brown sugar
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 sprig of fresh rosemary

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, brown sugar, and minced garlic to create a spice paste.
- Rub the spice paste all over the chicken breasts ensuring an even coating.
- Place the chicken in a roasting pan and insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the breast.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
- Baste the chicken with the juices halfway through cooking for extra flavor.
- Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary and serve hot.
